After two , postponements, the Onehunga Cycling Touring Club will endeavour to bring off the third annual contest' for ¥a« handsome Partly cup and medals this tornoon. The race is to be'< decided on Mr. Chas. Baker's training-track, Mangcrc, and •/ill be' run over a distance of ..five" mile*.' The handicaps are ;as follows:—A. . Flewellyn, scratch; B.
