AUCKLAND SITTINGS CONCLUDED; The Railway Appeal Board, consisting of District Judge Kenny ' (chairman), and , Messrs. M. Lee and C. Ryan, resumed its ; Auckland"sitting's at 11 a.m.' yesterday. The further hearing of the' appeal of : Patrick McDrory, a,second- ganger,. to be raised to the first grade, was proceeded with. Mr. 1 D. McKenzie appeared , for the : appellant, and -Mr. H.
