GERMAN NAVAL POLICY.
ADDITIONAL CRUISERS. By Telegraph ,—Frees Association.—Copyright. (Received October 1, 12.40 a.m.) London, September 30. The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Mail states that the Government has undertaken to submit to the Reichstag not later than 1910 a Bill embodying the Navy League's' proposal for six new large armoured cruisers, to replace the six which in the ordinary way are not replaced until 1914 to 1919. It is also intended to increase the effectiveness of the reserve fleet.
