'■■ ■~■:'•■■ Ruling on a question raised under the cooks and waiters' award, the Arbitration : Court decided that the limit fixed ■ for each day's work cannot be exceeded, even although the employer may be will.-.V) ing to pay overtime for any work done m excess of that limit. Thus an/employer :.; ; is not entitled to require a waiter to work / more, than 11 hours in any one day.
