The team had a practice this morning-, after which the following players were selected to play against West Coast, and Buller to-morrow: — BRITAIN. Fallback: E. J. Jacket!, Tlireequarters: R. B. Griffiths, J. P. Jones, Dr. P. F. MeEvedy (captain), and R. A. Gibbs. Halfback; W. Dave.v. Forwards: R. Dibble, W. Oldham. F. .Jackson, G. R. Hind, T. W. Smith, E. Morgan, G. V. Kyrke. COMBINED WEST COAST. Fullback: G. Mackay (West Coast). Threequarters: C. Gomer (Coast), R. Colvin (Buller), and Maddisou (Buller). Five-eighths: W. Sweetman (Coast), and Denham (Buller). Halfback: W. Brown (Buller). "Wing-forward: F. C Wade (Coast). Forwards: J. P. Roberts (Coast). If. Houston (Coast). A. Bennett (Coast), S., Blyth (Buller). Host,' U'Uller), W. Hotheran (Coast), J. Corbett (Buller). Owing to the clashing of colours the West Coast Union have decided to play in the colours of the Buller Union, red and blue. The weather is at present fine, and there is every prospect of a fast and open game. . . The members of the British team are the guests of the citizens at ait "At Home'' and dance this evening.. THE SECOND TEST MATCH. MR. A. CAMPBELL APPOINTED REFEREE. Mr. Angus Campbell, of the Auckland Referees' Association, • has been appointed to control the second test, match, Britain v. New eZaland, which will be played at Wellington on Saturday, June 27. THE MAN AW AT MATCH. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION'.] PaLJIERStox North, Tuesday. The Agricultural and Pastoral Association to-day. after a long discussion, decided to reduce "the amount charged for the use of the show ground for the Manawatu-British football match to 20 per cent, of the jjross takings. A resolution to charge a, lump sum of £50 was thrown out. The Manawatu Rugby Union this evening decided to recommend the New Zealand Union to accept the offer of Feilding to allow the match to be played on the racecourse free of charge. The Feilding people have raised £50 an a. donation to the local union if the match is played there, and also £50 for entertaining the visiting team. The local union will endeavour to arrange for a free train to convey passengers to Feilding from Palmerston -on the day of the match,
