John" Nicholson, of Mahenu, blacksmith and wheelwright, was found yesterday in a dying .state in a shed near his house with blood issuing from his mouth, with a breechloader beside him. He died this morning. Deceased, who was 60 years of age, was some time ago confined in a, mental hemic, and since, he regained his liberty he had been despondent.
