Greenwood, teacher of the Rakaumanga. native school, died suddenly on Wednesday morning, at the age of 50 years.. .For a fortnight "deceased had suffered front enteric lever, other complications hastening the .end. The annual meeting of the parishioners of St. Paul's (Anglican) Church, Huntly, was . held on Sunday evening, the vicar (Rev. A. J. Beck) presiding over an unusually largo attendance. The various reports arid balance-sheet were -adopted as satisfactory. The officebearers for the "current year being appointed as follows: — Vicar's warden. Mr. H. R. Porter; people's warden, Mr. J. A. Parkes; vestry, Messrs. W. H. Bailey, P. Gossner, B. Housley, C. Richards, and Nuttall.
