[from OUR own cokrkspondkxt.] Cambridge, Wednesday. PHE -19th week of the North Island egg-laying competition was concluded on Friday. The number of eggs laid during the week was 719. the total number laid since May 1 last Vicing 31,432. The highest layings for the week are as follow:— Waikato Argus (Black Orpingtons), 21; G. Hammond (White Rocks), 21; W. J. Brocks (Silver Wyandottes). 21; Airs. Harrison (White Leghorns), 19; T. B. Brooks. (White Leghorns), 19; W. A. -Nixon (White Leghorns). 13; W". litint-imau (Brown Leghorns;, 18; Ikickay and Fleming (Brown Leghorns), 13: A. Cole ("White Rocks), 18. The leading pens to date are:—JJrs.
