More will arrive today, and the* whole force will fall-in at the Drill Hall at 7.30 p.m., and then march to the wharf, where they will embark for Takapuna. Colonel Tuson, Adjutant-Gen-eral, arrived from N the South by the Rotoiti yesterday, and held a conference with Colonel Wolfe and other officers during the day. During the manoeuvres it is intended to rehearse certain war conditions, including the examination of vessels entering the harbour, and these examinations will be carried out by a vessel specially detailed as "Examination Vessel," on the nights of the 17th-18th, 18th-19th, and 19th-20th April, between the hours of 11 p.m. and three a.m., and from three p.m. to five p.m. daily. WELLINGTON ARRANGEMENTS TWO THOUSAND MEN; ENGAGED. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Wednesday. About 2000 men will be engaged in the Easter manoeuvres around Wellington. The force has been divided into twoßed and Blue—under the command of Captain Duthie and Colonel Watt respectively. The former will go into camp at Johnsonville and the latter at Pahautanui, near Porb'lia Harbour. The theory is to be that the' Blues are a hostile force landed from warships, and are intent on marching to the city. It will be the duty of the Red to check them. There is a wide expanse of country at the disposal of invaders, and it expected that the operations will be interesting and instructive.
