As the result of interviews between Prince von Bulow (German Chancellor), and Signor Tittoni (Italian Minister for Foreign Affairs) at Rome, a complete agreement has been established betwen Italy, Germany, Austria and Hungary relative to Macedonian and other Balkan questions.
