THE GERMAN LOANS.
SLIGHTLY OVER-SUBSCRIBED. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright. (Received April 13, 11.50 p.m.) Berlin, April 13. The new German loans have been slightly over-subscribed. A syndicate of German brinks arranged to issue on the 11th inst. an Imperial loan of 121 millions sterling, and a Prussia, loan of 20 millions non-convertible four per cents., at £99 10s.- Ten million Prussian four per cent, bonds were also taken by the syndicate. The announcement caused surprise in England, and it was stated that little or no English capital would be subscribed.
