LAND AGENT'S FAILURE.

- Wellington", Saturday. It. is reported in. town that a well-known land and estate agent has failed, and that his deficiencies will amount to several thousand pounds, including moneys advanced for investment. Tight money, and a slump in land sales, may account for a good many more failures this winter in Wellington.
