MR. JOHN MORLEY. TO GO TO THE LORDS. (Received April 10, 10.50 p.m.) London, April 10 The Daily News claims that it has authority to announce that Mr. John Morley (Secretary of State for India) will go to the House of Lords, while retaining his present office.
