INDUSTRIAL DISPUTES BILL. I Sydney, March 18. A deputation from the Labour Council [ placed before Mr.. Wade, the Premier, the Labour view with regard to the new Industrial Disputes Bill. Mr. Wade said the only reason the Govermneu' was changing the system of arbitral wai to secure expedition mid finality.
