[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIAKOV.j Christchurch, Tuesday. The demand for cocksfoot from the North Island has resulted in prices being very high and firm, and a local merchant's sale of a line of 161b seed at 9d is the highest figure recorded for some years past.
