HEAVY WEATHER ON THE COAST.

[BY TKLIiOItA.rU.—OWN COHIiK.srONDKNT.J Gisboune, Tuesday. Heavy -weather has been experienced along the coast during the past week, greatly interfering with shipping. The Union Steam Ship Company's Haupiri, which arrived from Auckland this afternoon, wats a week on the coast, and. even then could not work all the ports. Only half the cargo was landed, and instead of taking 600 hales of wool for transhipment into the Marere, at Napier, only 60 could be placed on board. The auxiliary schooner Kereru has been on the coast for over a, fortnight working her way down to Gieborno.
