FIRST DAY. fBV 't'ELEGIt.U'H.— ASSOCIATION] NAPIER, Tuesday. The Napier Park Racing Club's Carnival Meeting was opened to-day in glorious weather, the attendance being easily a record for the course. The going was in capital order and the racing good. Nine bookmakers were licensed for the inside paddock at. £20 each and seven outside at £10 rath.
