Iv the Divorce Court to-day orders for restitution of conjugal rights were made in .the.cases of Arthur Thomas Livermore v. Elizabeth ; Livermore;-and Horace George Livermore v. Elizabeth Livermore. It was explained that the parties asking for orders : were brother?, ; that their respective wives were named" Elizabeth, and that both re-.. spondents had left at the same time, Decrees, nisi were -granted, in the cases of: Bichard Muir ? v.; Alice Muir, Eniberzene Butt v. Alfred George Butt, and Sarah Barnes v. Hairy Barnes.

A decree nisi was granted.
