PLOTTERS SURPRISED.
TERRORISM IN RUSSIA. By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright. St. Petersburg, January 15. The secret police receiving information that a plot was being formed to dynamite the Governor-General's residence and the headquarters of the gendarmerie at Odessa, surprised the plotters and arrested 20 who were suspected of being concerned in the contemplated outrage.
