MANUKA DELAYED. Br Tcltgraph.—rrcat AisocUMon.--CopyrtjM. Stdnet, January 15. OwiN'rj to the block of traffic in Newcastla Harbour, consequent on the labour trouble*, the departure of the «.s. Manuka, for Auckland lias been delayed from this evening until 'noon to-morrow. The Manuka, ha* been in Newcastle since Friday awaiting coal, and although the coal supply is lying alongside the wharf in railway waggons the steamer was unable, up to last night, to secure a loading berth. The company proposed to bring the Manuka back to Sydney to coal, but found that none was available there. < In support of the wharf labourer*' strike, tho crane employees at Newcastle have decided not to load coal on any vessel em'ploying non-unionist labour.
