TORPEDO RECORDS.
THEFT FROM FRENCH ARSENAL. By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright. Paris, January 14. The newspaper Eclair reports the theft from the arsenal at Cherbourg of eleven years' records taken ashore and afloat of the handling of different types of torpedoes, including their speed, effective distance, penetrating power at various ranges, and dirigibility. It is believed that it will be impossible to replace the records.
