MANGEP.E ROAD BOARD. The monthly meeting of the Mangero Road Board was held on Tuesday cseiting, when there wore present: Messrs. 3. Turk (chairman), A. Kenwood, and W. Knight. Finance: Tho clerk announced a credit balance in the general fund of £203 Is Bd, after which accounts amounting to £52 were submitted and passed for payment. Dog Registration : On tho motion of Mr. Knight, it, was decided to fix dog license fees as follows:— Cattle and sheep dogs, haif-a-crown; greyhounds, 10s; all other dogs, 5s each. Bullock's Road: The tender of W. Striblev to form Bullock's Road was accepted, 400vds of scoria at Is lOd per yard to be placed thereon, and the work to be completed within one month. A general meeting of the members of the Master Hairdressers' Union of Auckland was held last evening'. The president, Mr. Eaglcton, occupied the chair. Mulholland; vicepresident. Brother Hubert Nerheny; secretary, Brother W. Kane; treasurer, Brother D. Flynn; warden, Brother C. Dolahunry; guardian, Brother W. Wright; sick visitor, Brother M. Carmody. The officers were installed bv P.P. Brother T. Pound.
