MUCH DAMAGE CAUSED. MAIL SERVICES DISORGANISED. By Telegraph.—Press Association.— Sydney, December 18. More rain fell during the night and it is still showery and unsettled. Splendid falls have occurred in almost all parts or the State, and in some districts they have beer-, very heavy and have caused considerable damage to crops. A cyclone occurred at Wollongong-Rnd at Port Kembla houses were unroofed, while in. a number of other places more or" less considerable damage was caused. >■■'. Brisbane, December 18. Floods in North Queensland have disorgasi»ed the mail services. :!i \ Some coaches have been delayed for days, and the railway traffic is blocked by numerous washouts.
