At the Supreme Court to-day James' Rowan was charged with a breach of the Bankruptcy Act in that on .lune 22 last, a date within 12 months of his being declared a bankrupt, he quitted Ntw Zealand, taking with him property to the value of £20 and upwards belonging to his creditors. Accused was found guilty. On a second count certain questions were reserved for argument before the Court of Appeal. Tending decision on these points accused was remanded on bail.
