A "TWO-UP" SCHOOL.
'HEAVY FINES INFLICTED. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Wednesday. In (he Supremo Court to-day; Philip Brew* ster and Charles Dunn, who were convicted yesterday of keeping a "two-tip" school, came up lor sentence. Mr. Justice Cooper said (here could only be one opinion about "two-up" houses, and that was that they were a menace to the community and particularly to the best interests of workingmeh. He ordered each of the accused to pay a fine of £100.
