ADMIRALTY'S UNPOPULAR
POLICY.

The Pall Mall Gazette says that much uneasiness prevails in high naval quarters at the Admiralty's policy of restricting repairs and reducing the personnel of the navy. Earl Cawdor, who was First Lord of the Admiralty in the Balfour Cabinet, has given notice of many questions in the House of Lords which he intends to put to Lord Twecdmouth.
