ARREST OF MANY NOTABLES.

Estrada-Cabrera) has ordered the arrest of 160 persons, including many notables, on charges of complicity in the recent plot to assassinate him. Forty have been tried, and several sentenced to death. The Diplomatic Corps have lodged a protest.
