INCIDENT IN A YACHTING
RACE.

Berlin, July 2. During the progress of a yacht race at Kiel, Herr Tietgin's yacht, from Hamburg, blanketed- the Kaiser's yacht Meteor- The Kaiser ordered him to clear away, and afterwards lodged a protest. The Imperial Yacht Club dismissed the protest, and the Kaiser was so offended that he refused to distribute the prizes.
