Paris, July 2. The Italian, Prince S. Borghese, one of the contestants in the PekinParis motor, race, has arrived at Irkutsk, Eastern Siberia. (Received July 3, 9.42 p.m.) Paris, July 3. Prince Borghese was permitted to cross the Siberian rivers by means of the railway bridges. ~' He continues to experience varied and surprising., adventures.
