AUSTRIAN BURNED TO DEATH
A telephone message was received at Devonport yesterday from Albany, stating that an Austrian named Faluiriph had been burned to death. It appears that deceased had been living in a tent with a mate, and had been ill for some time. When the latter returned from work yesterday he found that the tent had be.311 burned down and Faltariph's body was lying among the ashes.
It is not yet known how the fire occurred, but it is surmised that Faltaripb set tire to the tent and then shot himself, as a doublebarrelled 1 gun was fount! lying near the body.
Constable Kocles, of Devonport, left for Albany last night to make inquiries.
