NEW PLYMOUTH SUPREME COURT.
[BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION'.] New Plymouth, Tuesday. At the Supreme Court to-day the jury again failed to agree in the case of Tontanella, charged with the theft of £40 from the Coronation Hotel, Eltham. Accused was liberated in his own recognisance of £200 to appear for trial when called upon. In tho Divorce Court an order for the restitution of conjugal rights was made in the | case of Taylor v. Taylor, husband's petition.
