DECISION OF, JUDGE WILLIAMS. [«r TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION*.] Dunkdi:.", Tuesday. Application for the payment of wages to the captain and officers of-the Italian vessel Stefano Razetto came before Judge Williams to-day, and after lengthy argument His Honor directed that the summons setting out that the ship and freight were not liable in priority on bottomry bonds in the action for the wages of. the master of the Razetto, or any of the crew, which should accrue after July i ; and that the master, officers, and men were not legally entitled to remain on \ board, should stand over. His Honor directed that the following ] claims be paid : —The wages of seamen, j passages of the master -and seamen from j the Bluff to the respective ports of en- j gagement, and expenses of providing maintenance for the master and seamen until the legal discharge and sending home. The. claim for wages of master, and passage money and expenses from Genoa to Vremantle to stand over; also the question of the payment of Consular fees and Italian Government fees; disbursements by master since arrival of ship in New "Zealand, and all legal expenses taking priority on bottomry bonds.
