MINERS' FEDERATION.
A COMING POWER IN AMERICA. By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright (Received July 3, 12.32 a.m.) New York, July 2. The Convention of the Western Federation of Miners, by 288 votes to 68, has. resolved to pledge all members to socialism. It is intended to assemble the convention in Chicago, in order to organise a political party and participate in the nominations in connection with the next national Presidential election.
