ALLEGED THEFT OF MONEY.

At the Police Court yesterday, before Messrs. H. A. Condon and F. J.H. Eliisdon, J.P.'s, a young man, Edward John Mallett, who had been arrested by Constable Eccles, of. Devonport, was charged with stealing 4s 6d, Is 3d, and ■ 20s respectively, the' moneys of Bertie Cross, Ernest Cross, and Wm.
