Cowie, presided., The annual report showed the church finances to be in a satisfactory condition, special ,; mention being made of the good work of Mr. W. Moore in collecting J £43 Officers for the ensuing year were elected as follows: —Vicar's warden, Dr. Smith; people's warden, Mr; W. Moore; vestry, Mesßrs. H. R. Brunskill, H. R. Bush,. C. Meredith. J. W. Thorpe, and W. Williams; auditor, Mr. R. W. Evans. ; A sitting of the Nativo Land Conrt is being held in Paei'oa before Judge Edgar, and is likely to last for some weeks. Some blocks of land at Coromandel and Paeroa are to be investigated. - * '"■,'' ' ;.
