Donald Reid, M.H.R. for Taieri, delivered an address at Mosgiel last night to his constituents, on the Land Bill, in answer to an address by Mr. Laurenson the week before. At the conclusion of the meeting a resolution was passed affirming that no Land Bill would be' satisfactory without giving the option of the freehold.-. -' ; J ' -: .
