MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
JUDGMENT SUMMONSES.
Mr. C. C. Kettle, S.M., presided over yesterday's sitting of the Magistrate's Court, and made orders on judgment summonses in the following cases:— Francis de Sales Judge v. William A. Quirk (Auckland), ordered to pay £13 10s 3d forthwith, or in default, 14 days' imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended for seven, days; E. G. Clarke v. R. Fleming (Auckland), ordered to pay £3 forthwith, or in default 24 hours' imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended for seven days Direct Supply Company v. E. Ross' (Hamilton), ordered to pay £12 5s 7d /forthwith, or in default 14' days' imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended for seven days; W.F. Ford v. J. K-igby (Auckland), ordered to pay £1 lis lOd forthwith, or) in default 24 - hours' imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended for seven days.
