HIS .MAJESTY'S THEATRE. Theiib was a largo attendance) at His Majesty's Theatre'-last night, when tho final production of " Tom; Moore-*" was givon by tho Andrew Mack Company. : A modern Irish comedy, entitled "Jack Shannon," i-s to. bo presented- for tho first tithe in Auckland this evening, and will bo repeated on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only, in order that Air. Mack may be seen in his complete repertoire. ''Jack Shannon" will introduce Mr. Mack in his favourite, character. In this play he has many witty things to say, whilst his songs (composed by himself) should add to his popularity. OPERA HOUSE. Fuller's Vaudeville Company last night drew a large audience. Miss Ivy Carlisle and Mr. George Mackio appeared for the last time. A -complete' change >of programme, will -be given to-night. Mr. J. K. Ward and Miss Ruby White will appoar in their novelty, "The Robing of the Gods,' 1 and Mr. Will Diamond, baritone vocalist, will ', make his first appearance. ' Victor, Lucy Lavinia. A r al. Newton, the Bos© Sisters, Amy Blackio, tiie Queah*!*, Shaw and Gilbert, Pearl Livingstone, and Bob Lloyd will all appear in new items. OLYMPIA SKATING RINK. The Olympia Skating Kink has been well attended every evening this week. On Thursday evening a half-mile handicap was run. .The event, was won by Mr. G. Pelham, from scratch. Mr. J. Pol ham, 20ydf, being second, and Mr. F. Coles, loy<ls, third. On Tuesday evening: an exhibition of fancy and trick skating will Iks given by-Mr. Geo. Pelham. Amongst the tricks performed by Mr. iPelham will be skating on stilts, jumping chairs, etc. ■-..' Tho rink is open every morning, afternoon, and evening. This morning tho usual children's matinee" will be held. . 'AUCKLAND GARRISON; BAND. > Tho Auckland' Garrison Band will play the, last concert programme of this 1 season, in connection "with the Mayor's subsidy on Sunday afternoon in the Albert Park. The following selections will: be rendered: — March, The Avenue" (Orel Humo); waltz, "Loch Lomond" j A (Round); -selection, " Stephen Adams': Songs" (Ord Hume); serenade, "Starlight" (Ewart) ;'■ gavotte, " Laughing Water (Hagcr); euphonium solo, " Tho Villago Blacksmith" (Wures); cornet solo. "Sing Mo to Sleep" (Ewart): march, "Prince" Paletine" (Smith) ;a, and God Save the -King." ; _ BLANCHE ARRAL'S FAREWELL. . After a most successful season., in Christchurch and Wellington, Madame Blanche Arral will return to Auckland for one con- j cert only, to bo held at the Choral Hall on ] Monday evening next. The programme will J bo mainlyi now, but a few' of the favourites,"j which were-sung on her last visit, will he repeated. ■ The grand excerpts of " Ophe- I lia," from "Hamlet," comprising four' selections, have never been sung in Now Zealand before. These beautiful excerpts are seldom; sung, as : they require a. -Voice of extensive range, of which there are only a few on the operatic stage, to-day. Madame Arral will lie accompanied by a compact orchestra, including' Herr Paaiis, "i the eminent violinist, and Signer Torzillo, harpist, who, in addition to accompanying Madame Anal, will play, instrumental solos. The box plan is at Messrs. Wiklmou and Arey's. The concert 011 Monday night promises to bo a highly '. successful one.
