DENTAL PROSECUTION FAILS.

. •/ Invercargill, Friday. At the Police Court to-day W.T. Splatt was charged that, being an unregistered person within the meaning of the Dentists' Act, 1904, he did, by inference, adopt tho description of dentist. He was also charged with having performed dental operations on behalf of one Septimus Cooper, a dentist, not being under his supervision. After evidence had been beard, Mr. McAlister submitted that tho case must be dismissed, as the informations were not laid within six months of the alleged offences. The case was dismissed accordingly. . .
