The court will consist of Mr; Bishop, stipendiary magistrate, and Messrs. Buxton and Beattie, officers of the Railway Department. , / . Buxton and Beattie, being Departmental officers, are interested parties, and that if they sit on the.bench with Mr. Bishop the men should also be represented.
