The plaintiff said that he left a coat at the defendant's premises to be dyed, and wlten he went to get it another coat was offered to him, and he refused to take it. Defendant said that the coat produceu was the. one the plaintiff brought to hei premises to be dyed. • Mr. Kettle said that the plaintiff had made a mistake about his coat, and gave .judgment- for the defendant. CLAIM FOR BOARD AND LODGING. Eliza Kelly sued Annie Lock for £21, £13 of that amount being for money lent by the plaintiff to defendant, and £8 for board and lodging. Mr. 'A', li. Skelton appeared for the plaintiff, and. Mr. J. R. jjundon for the defendant. Mrs. Lock admitted that £13 was due to plaintiff for money lent, but disputed the other amount. Plaintiff said that the defendant had resided with her for 16 weeks at th** rate ..of 10s per week, and had. not paid her yet.. Defendant said that she went to reside at the plaintiff's residence at her invitation, and during the whole time she was there nothing was said about payment for board and lodging. When witness went to reside elsewhere Mr. Kelly mentioned the rrfatter of payment for board and lodging to witness. • ' • "'-.,_ ' \ Mr. Kettle said that he was not satisfied that any agreement was made between the plaintiff anu the defendant as to the payment of board and lodging, and gave judgment for defendant on that claim.
