O.v the Court resuming this morning the jury in the conspiracy cases against Messrs. Crick and Willis reported that they had failed to agree, and were discharged. i Before being discharged, ; Messrs. Crick and Willi* were bound over in bail of £200 each, and sureties to the same amount, to reappear if called upon. Crick hag to answer the second and third and Willis the, second count of the endict.ment. ; ;-■-''■':-: ■'V , ;.. : 'yr u ";,;■■ ■' ; ■ ■*'■' : : Crick objected to * giving ' bail, claiming that when acquitted on the first he had been acquitted on all counts. A crowd of several hundred outside the Court cheered Crick on hearing the result of the trial. ~
