DELEGATES ORDERED AWAY

It had been arranged to hold a congress of delegates of. the Russian revolutionary party ~> at Copenhagen, but the Government has refused to allow it? to r take place here. "Two hundred delegates who had arrived have been ordered to go back to Sweden, whence the majority of them' came, and 200 others have started for London.
