[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] \ Masterton, Wednesday. At the sifting of the Native Land Court to-day application was made on behalf of Rohn Mat ini to remove restrictions. on Papavvui No. 5, to enable the transfer of a portion of that section to be made to trustees to be appointed who are to look after the interests of the Papawai pa and buildings. The Court made the order remov-* ing the restrictions, subject to certain conditions. The object of the applicant is -to have a museum built at the pa for pieserving specimens of Maori art, carvings, drawings, sculpture, and literature. *
