THE CLYDEVALE ESTATE.

• Dunedin, Wednesday. ; There has been a good demand for secI tions on the Olydevale Estate, which was recently sold to a Canterbury syndicate for the purposes of closer settlement, and numerous buyers have paid visits of inspection to the estate. Already .two blocks and about a dozen sections, amounting in all to over 14,000 acres, have been disposed of, void it is anticipated that .another Jiloek "ana a e\v smaller. "sections "will find pur-" chasers very shortly, iii which case considerably more than half of the estate will have been taken up. ] ■
