Rhode.*, of Hunna, asked what provision was being made for rural education for children in the back block*. Mr. Bagnall said lie could not throw much light on the subject. Although the Board was the medium for the carrying out of such schemes, it depended upon the Department for grants, and the final determination of proposals rested with the Department.
