(Received April 5. 10.33 p.m.) New York, April 5, The Commission appointed to inquire into the mental condition of Harry Thaw, the murderer of Stanford White, has reported that he is sane, and that there lias been no trace of insanity during his incarceration.
The jury has been excused until Monday, as the Court to-day and tomorrow will deal with legal arguments.
