Francis Coi.sk Denman Hoik:son, convicted of the theft of moneys from he Spiral Steel Pipe Company, the waterworks contractors, for whom lie was paymaster, was admitted to probation for three years. On i uk c ii, id ay. In the Supreme Court to-day Mr. Justice Dennis ton sentenced Francis Michael Sella to two years' imprisonment for stealing from a dwelling.
