Madrid, April -l. The Government of Spain has decided to support Great Britain's intention to introduce the question of the limitation of armaments sufficiently early during The Hague Confeience to enable it to be discussed.

The Madrid correspondent of the Times reports that a meeting between King Edward and King Alfonso has been arranged to take place at Cartagena.
Both Spanish statesmen and newspapers comment on the projected meeting of the Sovereigns with friendly expressions of sympathy, and make special reference to Great Britain's policy of limitation of armaments.
