[»I TELEGRAPH.—OWN 1 CORRESPONDENT.] f:* Coromandel, Tuesday. At a special meeting of the- Coromandel ' Rifle Volunteers, held last evening, ColourSergeant A. J. Gatland was elected to the • ■ office; of subaltern. • The annual harvest thanksgiving services were held in the Methodist Church on Sunday last. Appropriate sermons were preached by Mr. Evans, and at the evening service harvest hymns and anthems were rendered by the choir.
